Xinjiang Jade Jewelry collections

I collaborated for 2 years with a Shanghainese Jewelry brand ZSTONE. The main material used is jade from Xinjiang Province in China. During these two years of collaboration, I designed and developed several lines, following up closely their production together with high skilled artisans. The following are some of the collections I designed.

Matter collection

A collection about simplicity, the idea is to enhance the beauty of the material using linear and clean shapes. The collection is made with 14k Gold and jade.

Moon collection

The idea of this collection is to play with the surface of the material. Rough and smooth surfaces made by different polishing finishing, creating a contrast like the Moon and the sunlight upon its surface.

Traces collection

A collection that uses modularity to combine the usage of different colors.

Window collection

A glitch to what we see, a pattern, a shadow, a light, a wave. This collection is made with 14k gold, jade, and wood. A production technique that combines hand made with digital fabrication.

Facets collection

This collection is about reflections and how the light enhances the material by creating a pattern of facets on the surface.
